We provide both wet and dry hire of our customized mobile Abrasive Blast Unit.
Whether you want to do the job yourself or have us complete it for you, we have the solution.
It can be used for Dry Blasting which is the conventional method that uses high pressure compressed air and a blast media.
The unit can also be used for Dustless Blasting works. It does this by mixing water and abrasive inside the blast tank. By introducing water it drastically reduce dust.
Why use dustless blasting systems?
No heat generation during the stripping process reducing material warp.
Minimal Dust - The abrasive gets trapped in water and grounded, eliminating the plume of dust.
Lower Abrasive Consumption - The Dustless Blaster uses use less media to do more work.
Increased safety for Workers - Drastically reduced rebound of spent media and your choice of quality approved abrasives.
Less Containment Needed - In most cases, expensive, time consuming containment does not need to be set up. Shade cloth works very well to capture water vapour.
Doesn’t Affect Nearby Workers - Never sacrifice productivity, other workers can work nearby unaffected
